Everything about us is contained within our aura (but I think you know this) I believe that we as humans do not need to use external power sources, we have all the energy we need within us. Sometime soon we will evolve enough to be able to 'tap' into this and no longer rely on energy provided to the detrement of our planet. Whether this comes about due to a massive occurance, I am not sure, but do know....... We can do it. I too 'blow' lights and destroy electrical appliances when Im stressed. Lately I have discovered that when my blood pressure is up (and it goes very high) things dont work around me and also I have a friend who picks up on my emissions even if she is miles away. I will now be practising your advice and stepping away with deep breaths as my last episode even affected my electric mobility vehicle and caused me to injure myself. On the other hand I find it quite fascinating and would like to be using this energy for some good. We are such complex interesting beings and this life is awesome. :) I can really relate this above.
